Add placebear API

Add official APOD API from NASA.

Although there is already an heroku based keyless unofficial APOD API. Here adding an offcial API which requires APIKey.

Barter.vg is a website to trade your spare game serial codes. However, it also provides a lot of data about games, bundles and more.

This API is inactive.

As previously provided ErosNow api is not active anymore, i have proposal to use this API instead. Although i have no idea how the older API used to look like as i noticed today, so it should be peer reviewed by previous contributor as well as the repo reviewers.
